Appointment Policy

We strongly recommend that you make an appointment in advance for boarding your cat, especially during holidays and vacation times or if you have a strong preference for the particular room or enclosure you would like reserved for your cat.

We strongly recommend that all first time boarders come to visit us for an introductory visit so that we can become acquainted with them and our kitty guests can check out our facilities.  For cats older than 10 years of age, an introductory visit is required so that Dr. Sell can go over any special needs that an older cat might need while staying with us.

Vaccination Policy

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that your cat's vaccinations be up to date. The Cat Cottage requires that every cat boarded with us be up to date on their cat distemper and respiratory virus vaccinations unless vaccinations have been waivered by the pet's veterinarian.

For first time clients, we require a boarding deposit for the full boarding fee.  For boarding stays longer than two weeks, a boarding deposit for half of the full boarding fee is required.  All other boarding fees are required to be paid in full when our guests are picked up. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and personal checks.
